Caitlin Lyon

In Caitlin's life, dance has been her passion. There is never a day where she is not dancing or finding a way to “jazz it up a little” in her everyday life. She was raised a dancer and was on a competitive dance team for nine years. She was trained in jazz, tap, ballet, modern, acrobatics, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, pilates and improv. The studio she danced at also had a community service team which she helped create; The Colby Dance Showstoppers, and was on that team for three years.
She is currently studying in sports medicine in relation to athletes to help them prevent and recover from injuries they acquire. She enjoys giving other people the happiness and life skills that she received growing up as a dancer. Dance is a large portion of her life and she is very thankful to be continuing her career with Virtuous Productions.
Rhythm, timing, and agility will be a focal point during this class which builds coordination.
